Always Learning…

I completed a certificate program in User Experience Design in 2018. I went on to earn a CSPO certification (certified scrum product owner) in order to better understand product development in an agile environment. While I didn’t pursue it as a career path at the time, I loved every minute of it, and was able to apply much of the learnings to my current role. I am highly empathic, and fascinated by human centered design and human nature. I can honestly say that I really “get” people.
